Staff

All staff members at the law office of David A. Bufalini, P.S., are para-professionals who are committed to handling each and every claim issue with professionalism and to providing the best possible representation on behalf of all of our clients.

Senior Paralegal, Debbie Crowl, has worked for Mr. Bufalini since 1986 having handled a wide range of duties from litigation to management to her current position as claims negotiator. She is primarily responsible for drafting and preparing settlement demands and negotiating with claims adjusters as well as management issues. She's been in the litigation field since 1982 having spent her prior years in asbestos litigation.

Litigation Paralegal, Lorena Thurman, has worked in the legal profession since 1987, primarily in civil litigation support. She has worked for Mr. Bufalini since February, 2002. Lorena works closely with clients, addressing client needs, issues and concerns while ensuring compliance with discovery and other legal proceedings. Her duties include preparing initial pleadings and confirming all court filings and service of documents, coordinating all scheduling issues, reviewing and analyzing documentary evidence, researching and compiling factual and legal case information, creating medical chronologies, coordinating service of process, drafting legal documents, and timely management of cases from initial filing, through discovery and into the trial phase. In addition to her work in litigation support, Lorena serves as the firm's web site administrator, and in-house technical support and network administrator.

Litigation Paralegal, Anjuli Pradhan, received her legal education from the Paralegal Certification Program at Highline Community College, Des Moines, Washington. She has been working in civil litigation since June 2001. She joined Mr. Bufalini*s experienced legal staff as a litigation paralegal in November 2007. Anjuli works closely with clients, addressing client needs, issues and concerns while ensuring compliance with discovery and other legal proceedings. Her duties include reviewing and analyzing documentary evidence, researching and compiling factual and legal case information, creating medical chronologies, coordinating service of process, drafting legal documents, and timely management of cases from initial filing, through discovery and into the trial phase.

Kimberly Vorheis has worked in the legal profession for David Bufalini as a Legal Assistant since November of 2000. Kim manages our non-filed claims, directing claim related medical bills to the appropriate insurance companies to insure timely payment. She deals with claims adjusters and doctors on billing issues, and most importantly, maintains close contact with our clients on billing issues. Kim prepares claims for transfer to the litigation team when suit is filed, and is the firm's front desk manager. Those duties include greeting all who come to the firm for any reason, communicating a friendly and professional atmosphere for clients, potential clients and others who visit our office.
